Food Technology Technician TA

General Duties:       Please see attached job description for full duties in addition to the following;

 We require a food tech technician teaching assistant to ensure that the food tech class/areas are cleaned and set up for daily food tech lessons

 -      Cleaning of all surfaces, ensuring all food is stored away in the appropriate fridges and any food/consumables is in date

-      Ensuring fridges are kept clean and hygienic

-      Cooker hobs/ovens are kept clean

-      General upkeep of the food tech area

-      Ensuring food for the next day is available and notifying food tech teachers if any food is need to be purchased

-      Leading lessons in the event of absence of teaching staff
