You will be responsible for mentoring, coaching and assessing Golf Greenkeeper/Sports Turf apprentices. You will prepare and deliver workshops, including the preparation of learning materials, conduct workplace visits and reviews and write progress reviews.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for greenkeeping and sports turf maintenance, be enthusiastic to share this passion with others, and they will have the ability to inspire apprentices of all abilities. Ideally they will have contacts within the industry and a willingness to develop new apprenticeship opportunities amongst employers and help us realise our ambitious plans to become the leading provider of this programme nationwide.
