This selective, co-educational day school, caters for students aged 3 – 18. The School is located within the prestigious Sobha Hartland Development, close to the Burj Khalifa and ‘Downtown’ area of Dubai and boasts state-of-the-art facilities.
NLCS Dubai seeks an enthusiastic and highly qualified Head of Art & Design. The Head of Art & Design will have responsibility for designing and implementing a comprehensive Art & Design programme that advances the cultural education of the school and is engaging and relevant to every student at every level. The department will give students the opportunity to develop creative, artistic and technical skills and will encourage students to participate in creating a wide range of artistic work.
The appointee will ensure that all members of the department offer support to the learning and pastoral needs of individual students, in keeping with the School’s aims and values.
All members of staff are also expected to be involved in pastoral care within the School community, usually in the role of form tutor or co-tutor, and also to contribute to the extra-curricular life of the School.
