What We Are Looking For:

• A fully qualified teacher with a degree in Education (Bachelors or Masters or PGCE), specialising in Arabic or Ministry-related subjects.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in an American or UAE-based school.
• High proficiency in Arabic, with strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in curriculum alignment with UAE Ministry requirements.
• A leader who can inspire and guide a team while maintaining high academic standards.
