Impact American School is seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Science to lead the Science department and inspire students and teachers alike. What We Are Looking For:
- A fully qualified teacher with a degree in Education (Bachelors or Masters or PGCE), specialising in Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in an American or international school setting.
- Proven experience in teaching Science across multiple grades, with a strong understanding of curriculum design and delivery.
- A forward-thinking leader who can embed STEM principles and utilise technology to enhance teaching and learning.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of educators.
What We Would Really Like:
- Experience in integrating STEM and technology into Science programs.
- Certification in leadership or curriculum development.
- Experience in a founding school or department.
- Familiarity with data-driven teaching practices to track and improve student outcomes.
