South Shore Academy is a co-educational, 11-16 secondary school in Blackpool, Lancashire. It has around 750 pupils on its roll.

South Shore Academy has recently joined the Cidari Multi Academy Trust, we are at the beginning of our journey to offering high-quality education in a vibrant, traditional learning environment. You will be expected to:

• Manage staff performance and professional development in your department
• Manage resources

• Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the headteacher
