Are you passionate about harnessing technology to enhance teaching, learning, and collaboration across schools?

The Bishop Fraser Trust is seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Platform to lead the way in transforming how we deliver IT services and support across our schools.

This position reflects a renewed emphasis on supporting the evolving needs of our headteachers and schools, focusing on aligning IT platforms with educational priorities and empowering staff and pupils through modern digital tools.


Working closely with the IT Infrastructure and Security Manager, you will focus on:

  • Platform Leadership: Driving the development, optimisation, and use of IT platforms, including the trust’s Microsoft tenancy.
  • Educational Impact: Collaborating with teaching teams to implement creative and modern digital solutions that enhance the classroom experience.
  • Collaboration: Fostering strong relationships with school leaders, staff, and the wider IT team to ensure technology meets operational and educational goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proactive mindset, strong technical expertise, and a passion for improving digital experiences in education.
