The Role
As Head of Primary, you will lead and develop the Primary School, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and pastoral care. Working closely with the Principal and the wider leadership team, you will:
- Deliver the school’s vision and strategic priorities.
- Foster an inclusive and stimulating environment where students and staff excel.
- Oversee curriculum development, assessment, and staff performance.
- Build strong relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the community.
