The Role:
As Head of Primary, you will:
- Lead a team of dedicated teachers and support staff, fostering a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement.
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve academic excellence while nurturing their individual passions and interests.
- Promote collaboration between staff, parents, and the wider school community.
- Maintain and develop innovative teaching practices aligned with the school’s ethos of global citizenship and character development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role within an international or British curriculum school.
- A passion for holistic education and a student-centred approach.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills to build positive relationships with staff, students, and parents.
- Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments is highly desirable.
- A commitment to the vision and values of RBIS, including promoting critical thinking, compassion, resilience, and creativity.
