Job overview

We are looking for an outstanding teacher who will lead our Year 6 cohort at PACE British School, Sharjah.

You will lead five Year 6 classes, with 4 teachers delivering the English National Curriculum.

You will report to an Assistant Head.

The right candidate will have a passion for outstanding teaching and learning, an ability to meet individual needs and a determination to develop one’s self both personally and professionally.

You will have:   

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or BA with PGCE. 
  • Experience of the UK National Curriculum
  • Ideally you will have international experience in a UK curriculum school
  • A passion and drive for outstanding teaching & learning   
  • An excellent rapport with children and families
  • Resilience and a solution-based approach to challenges.
