St Anselm’s is a thriving one form entry school serving a diverse community in the heart of Southall, Ealing. Through our school Mission Statement, "In God’s Love we live, learn & Grow" we encourage all our children to develop their talents and skills to become confident life-long learners and good citizens.

We are looking for a candidate who can build on our strong foundations and make changes where needed. As a confident, innovative and inspirational leader, the successful applicant will show that they are able to maintain good relationships throughout the school community and participate fully in the life of our school.

We are seeking to appoint a Headteacher who:

·        is a practising Catholic committed to the purpose of Catholic education and passionate about developing the ethos of St Anselm’s

·        has the ability to lead inspire and motivate both staff and pupils to continue to raise aspirations, standards and achievements for all our children

·        an excellent communicator who can work with all members of our school community with empathy and compassion

·        has proven leadership skills and can continue to advance our high-quality teaching and learning
