We are currently seeking an exceptional Head Teacher for St. Saviour’s Church of England Primary. We are looking for an experienced, visionary leader who is passionate about maintaining and elevating the standards of teaching and learning, empowering every child to reach their fullest potential. As an Ofsted Outstanding school, St. Saviour’s is due an inspection, and we seek candidates with a strong record in leading schools through successful inspections.

You will have the drive, determination and energy to build on our school and pupils’ successes and you will be passionate to further develop our school.
You will be:
- An outstanding primary practitioner with a track record of professional and inspirational leadership and management, leading to high quality education by effectively managing teaching and learning.
- Able to provide vision, leadership and direction for the development of the school.
- Able to work on your own initiative.
- Accountable for your own actions and the actions of your staff.
- Able to lead a culture that promotes excellence, equality and high expectations of all staff and pupils.
- Skilled in monitoring and evaluating standards of attainment, learning and teaching and able to create clear and imaginative action plans to ensure that all children reach their highest potential.
- An effective communicator with staff, parents/ carers and the wider community.
- Experienced in working in a Church School including the successful implementation of the SIAMS framework.
- Show evidence of leading an outstanding provision
- Experience of leading a successful outstanding Ofsted inspection

St Saviour’s Church of England Primary School is an Ofsted Outstanding mixed, non-selective church school located in Walthamstow, East London. There are approximately 330 students at the school.
St Saviour’s Church of England Primary School was founded in 1890 by the parish of St Saviour, Walthamstow. The school continues to have strong links with its founding church, and school services are regularly held there. In 2013, the school underwent redevelopment and was equipped with new, modern facilities.
