Hours of work: 3 - 4 days per week, Mon - Thu 8.30 am - 3.30 pm (incl 0.5hrs paid break)

What you can expect during our recruitment process:

Virtual Connection: Once we shortlist your application, we'll schedule a brief 30-45-minute interview via video link to learn more about your approach and understanding of young people's agency in a school setting. It's also your chance to ask questions about our unique school’s model. This will be with our Pastoral lead and one of our Co-Headteachers.

Practical Trial: Successful candidates will get the opportunity to be part of our team for a paid trial day, followed by a reflection on our practices.

Start Date: 9th September 2024
