Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Phonics Lead

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, ambitious and inspirational colleague to join our well regarded and ambitious school. This post will be based at Castle School.

Phonics Lead is an essential part of the role and will involve working off site and driving school vehicles to support disengaged students in the community. This post is integral to our school and plays an important role in enhancing the opportunities for young people. This post would suit a passionate and motivated colleague who is experienced in working successfully with pupils, and finding innovative ways of maximising the potential of children with a range of social, emotional and mental health needs to ensure high levels of personal development and high levels of academic success.
