The Heys School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative, and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant with responsibility for EAL to join our friendly and supportive Special Educational Needs Department.
31 hours per week, Term Time plus 3 days
Salary: Grade 7, scale points 7 – 11: £22,149.45 to £23,608.24 (£25,584 to £27,269 FTE)

Acting under the direction of the school's SENCO, the successful candidates will provide special educational need support to staff and pupils and will work teachers to prepare resources for the lessons such as differentiated worksheets & for EAL interventions and inductions.
Applicants should be creative and forward thinking and have the drive and motivation to support the further development of the department and the school.
