We have exciting opportunities for applicants who wish to develop their skills and experience in this area, as you will be delivering, or trained to deliver parts of a tailor-made curriculum for a child or small group, with support from the class teacher. Children are in classes / key groups of 5 or 6 and are taught in these small groups or on a one to one basis. Ownership and use of a car full time, as well as a full driving license, is therefore essential. Pupils are aged between 6 and 17 years of age.

The successful applicant will need to have substantial recent school based experience including supporting and teaching pupils with SEN. We also welcome applications from experienced Learning Support Assistants who desire to progress to Higher Level Teaching Assistant status but have not yet achieved HLTA status.
