The HR Team

We are a centralised HR team serving all academies within the Trust. Our focus is on delivering consistent, professional, impactful and compliant HR services and support. We are committed to further developing our HR function to enhance the employee experience and ensure smooth operations, contributing to the overall Trust success.

The Role

The HR Assistant will play a pivotal role in recruitment, compliance and employee lifecycle processes, while also handling HR administration and providing support to ensure a professional, efficient and supportive HR service across all Trust academies. The Ideal Candidate

A proactive and personable individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment. Demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities. In addition, excellent communication skills, fostering positive relationships across the Trust. Previous HR experience supporting recruitment processes is essential, with commitment to supporting education and focus on compliance and excellence.
