The Role

The HR Manager will ensure the provision of a comprehensive, confidential and accurate HR and Safer Recruiting service and ensure the college is always compliant with relevant employment law legislation. The post is critical in ensuring the College is prepared for regulatory inspections by the ISI, OFSTED and other relevant bodies.

The successful candidate will work to staff the college, manage appraisal and staff development processes and work with leaders to promote professional development and positive workplace culture.
