Sage College is seeking an exceptional International Student Recruitment Officer to join our team of dedicated, enthusiastic professionals.

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our Boarding School and High-Performance Sports Programme, driving their growth and expansion. You’ll be working closely with the Marketing and Admissions Team and reporting directly to the Director, leading initiatives that inspire students and families to choose Sage College as their home for education and personal development.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative strategies to recruit and retain day and boarding pupils.
• Lead online and digital marketing campaigns that captivate global audiences.
• Organise and oversee impactful events that showcase the unique offerings of Sage College.
• Build strong relationships with media and PR channels to amplify our presence.
• Design engaging publications and collateral that reflect the excellence of our programs.
• Ensure seamless website functionality and maximize SEO performance.
• Foster internal communication, including weekly newsletters and CRM systems.
• Attend international fairs such as ICEF and Alphe to promote the Boarding School.
• Develop strong bonds and relationships with agents to attract both international and national students.
• Collaborate with the Business Manager to explore and launch new business opportunities.
