Term Time Only - 35 Hours Per Week

NJC Grade 4 Point 7 - 11 (Actual Salary £20,893–£22,343 Per annum)

Under the direction of the Head of Sixth Form, The Academic Mentor will be responsible for identifying, monitoring, and tracking the progress of students who are struggling academically. This role involves working closely with students to develop personalised improvement plans, providing guidance and support, and collaborating with faculty and other support services to ensure students' needs are met.

Whalley Range 11-18 High School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be subject to appropriate vetting procedures and a satisfactory Enhanced Check from the Disclosure and Barring Service prior to starting.
