Key Stage Coordinator

We are seeking two inspiring and dynamic individuals to join our team as Key Stage Coordinators. In this leadership role, you will lead our Heads of Year (either in Years 7,8 & 9 or Years 10 & 11) to shape an environment where our committed and hard working students can thrive academically, socially, and personally and experience the ‘Joy of Learning’ at our school.   You will set the tone for excellence and foster a supportive, ambitious atmosphere for both students and colleagues alike.

Candidates must have a related degree and PGCE with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience and be able to demonstrate success as a middle leader.  Experience of teaching your subject to IGCSE / ALevel is preferred.

Requirements:

• Professional written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team of multinational staff.
• Must have efficient organisational and IT skills.
• A thorough knowledge of best Learning and Teaching practice is essential.
• A willingness to contribute to the life of the school is essential.
