We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and talented KS1 teacher to join our thriving independent school in the heart of Windsor. The role is a full-time position and will be for a temp to perm contract member of the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day academic progress and pastoral care of the children in their class and will teach KS1 core and foundation subjects. We are looking for someone with working in KS1. They will be self-motivated, able to deliver outstanding lessons and be a team player. 

This fantastic opportunity will be suited to an individual who is committed to inspiring and motivating children through their innovative and engaging teaching.

Essential:

·        QTS

·        3 years experience in KS1

·        Experience working with Year 2

·        Team player

·        Versatile

Interviews will take place early September, candidates must be available to start January 2025.

Upton House School is a independent co-educational preparatory school in Windsor, Berkshire. The school was first opened in 1936, and is located on a one acre site in the centre of Windsor. In 2008 the two-storey facility Little Upton was opened, containing pre-nursery and nursery rooms with access to an outdoor play area. There are approximately 295 students on the school roll. Upton House is denominationally Christian, and is a registered charity.
