Glebe is a diverse, vibrant school in Kenton, Harrow. We have over 600 children, 80 staff and a large community of families committed to our school.
Following a recent staffing restructure, we are seeking new roles to support our future vision to achieve the best outcomes for every Glebe child.
We are seeking a new LEARNING MENTOR AND LUNCHTIME LEAD as part of the future vision.
This role will put children's mental health, pastoral and wellbeing needs as the priority to enable them to achieve ambitious learning outcomes.
Online searches will form a part of our safeguarding and safer recruitment processes. Safeguarding is at the core of every role in the school.
You should:
- Understand the importance of safeguarding
- Be child focused
- Have skills in listening, being supportive, but have clear safeguarding boundaries
- Work positively and proactively
- Be a team player
- Be able to motivate and lead others
- Enjoy working in a school setting
Working hours are 8.15am-3.45pm, Mon-Fri, Term Time Only, with 30 min unpaid lunch
