Come and join our friendly team at Ravens Academy as a Learning Support Assistant, supporting the learning of individual pupils within the classroom in all subjects as directed by the Class Teacher/SENCO.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to help children of all abilities, including those with special educational needs and those eligible for Pupil Premium, to learn as effectively and independently as possible, both individually and in small groups. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a friendly team.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with a range of children and the ability to supervise and organise pupils. This role requires a grade C/4 or above in English and Maths.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be flexible and have the ability to relate well to children and adults. We welcome applications from ambitious candidates who are keen to make a difference and have a genuine passion and belief in the potential of every student.
