About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to provide exceptional support to Further Education students with declared needs. You’ll work closely with students both in and out of class, helping to remove barriers to their learning and participation. The role ensures students make excellent academic progress and support their social and emotional development. You’ll report to the Education for Industry Group, with roles based at either the Fashion Retail Academy or London College of Beauty Therapy.

About you 

• You will have a commitment to providing excellent customer service and building outstanding rapport with a diverse range of people.  
• You will have a flexible approach and the ability to support the learning and development of students regardless of their starting points.  
• You will have experience of working or supporting young people with special educational needs in an education setting.  
• You will have excellent interpersonal skills and good written and communication skills.

Salary: 

£25,886.25 per annum (FTE)
