Job overview
We are seeking highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic individuals to provide learning support for students with a range of learning difficulties. You will support Teachers and Students in class to enable all learners to engage with learning and make progress. You will provide support to meet learner’s needs both in and outside of class.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to form trusting and effective relationships with both students and staff.

How are staff supported?
All staff are supported in both their career progression and aspirations, from tailored CPD to coaching and mentoring programmes, and also with their wellbeing.
We have a dedicated wellbeing team and a number of mental health 1st aiders on site who can support and signpost staff to various organisations.
Our enhanced Employee Assistance Programme provides 8 sessions of online or face to face support for counselling and CBT for both you and your family members over 16.
