Job overview
Norfolk House is a highly successful co-educational, independent day school for pupils aged two to eleven, occupying two charming Victorian sites in Muswell Hill, north London.
The School prides itself on its strong sense of community and its commitment to ensuring that every pupil feels supported and valued. A maximum class size of 16 supports a personalised approach to learning, through which pupils flourish academically and as individuals. At the end of their time at Norfolk House, pupils achieve excellent results, allowing them to move onto a range of leading senior schools in London and beyond.
This is an exciting period for Norfolk House School, as the school is in the final year of a three-year development plan aimed at widening our community engagement and partnerships, developing a future-facing curriculum and becoming a leading prep school for developing pupil creativity.
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative and accomplished new Marketing and Admissions Manger to work closely with our Head Teacher and Head Office staff at the Bellevue Education group. The role is focussed on maximising lead generation in admissions and conversion to offers accepted. The post holder will be our brand ambassador, showcasing the best of who we are.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a marketing and/or admissions environment, ideally within a school setting. They will understand how important the admissions operation of a school like ours is, and be outward-facing and compelling in the way they represent Norfolk House, both in terms of personal communication style and through the marketing campaigns and materials they produce.
In return, we offer:
● the chance to work with the most engaged, enthusiastic and friendly pupils you are
ever likely to find
● the support and guidance of colleagues from the Bellevue Central Office team
● a warm and welcoming group of colleagues
● supportive parents, who are generous with their time and help
● a close-knit school community
● Direct support from, and regular check-ins with the Head Teacher
In short, you may just have found the perfect school for you!

About Norfolk House School
Norfolk House School is a leading London Preparatory School for boys and girls aged 4 -11.
The school takes great pride in its happy and warm environment, where each and every pupil is valued and supported. Pupils at Norfolk House are nurtured and guided through school life; we aim to stimulate and inspire our children and to develop their interests.
We ensure our curriculum is interesting and stimulating as well as broad and balanced. We want our pupils to be excited about lessons and fully engaged in all of school life. We strive to offer personalisation to our learning programmes; our pupils are involved in their own learning and our older children conference regularly with their teachers to set realistic learning targets. Self and peer evaluation of work are both well embedded in our curriculum and our pupils are always aware of what they need to do to achieve next steps, and are well supported in this.
