We are seeking to appoint a bilingual French-English Marketing & Communications Manager to join our School in London. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual to lead on innovative, efficient and effective marketing strategies and to publicise and promote the ethos and successes of the School.

L'Ecole des Petits & L'Ecole de Battersea provide an exceptional bilingual education with a curriculum that combines the French National and English Educational systems for children aged 3-11. We take the best elements from both systems and mould them together to provide a unique learning experience from an early age.


Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and implement the School’s marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with the Head of Admissions to optimise new pupil registrations and identify key marketing focus areas within the registration process
  • Design/Produce creative and well-written material in both French and English for a variety of media
  • Design and create digital and printed marketing materials
  • Orchestrate marketing photoshoot, and the production of engaging videos
  • Ensure the websites are appropriately optimised for high search result rankings
  • Effectively use social media for communication, including both organic and paid campaigns
  • Continually monitor the School’s online presence
  • Work effectively and proactively with the Media to ensure positive and continual coverage of the School
  • PR: Develop mutually beneficial relationships with partners, third-parties, parents and schools
  • Edit and translate school communications (French to English, English to French)


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communication
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience
  • Strong writing and editing skills including the ability to tailor content to different audience needs
  • Knowledge of: Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Mailchimp
