This role would work well in combination with the temporary TA role advertised on this site – applicants are welcome to apply for both roles.


The MDSA’s job is to keep our primary children safe and happy over their lunch break, but there are many aspects to this important role and the team at Bleasby are keen to enable the successful applicant to make the most of the talents that they will be bringing.

 Such aspects include:

  • Promoting good manners in the dinner hall;
  • Supporting children in engaging in different play activities outdoors;
  • Helping children develop their skills in sharing, looking out for one another and solving disagreements.
  • Supporting children with special education needs.


Bleasby C of E Primary School is a happy and caring school to be part of, in a lovely rural setting. This includes our Prefects, School Council and Play Leaders who support the midday team.
