Job overview
Claremont Fan Court School seeks a responsible, friendly and reliable minibus driver. For our standard driver shifts, hours are 06.30 to 08.30 and 16.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday during term time of 35 weeks. 20 hours per week are assigned to driving and 2 hours per week for vehicle maintenance and cleaning.
We are also seeking drivers who could accommodate a slightly different shift pattern, e.g. to cover our afternoon shift and then go on to drive our late bus service, This would be a shift with hours of 16.00 to 19.30.
Occasional additional hours may be required and paid in addition. You will also be required to attend 1 Inset half day at the start of every term.
Additional regular hours may also be available, for example, to support our hardworking Estates and Facilities team.
Excellent customer service and a clean driving licence with category D1 are essential together with previous driving experience. A competitive salary, pension and uniform are offered.

We are a co-educational School, for children from 2½ to 18 years, situated just outside Esher, Surrey. The School is set in the historic landscaped grounds of the Claremont Estate.
