About the role

The Office Manager is responsible for leading the school’s Administrative Team across two sites, overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and adhering to policy and procedural guidelines. This role involves managing workloads, delegating tasks, and providing training to promote team development and quality control in all administrative outputs. The Office Manager collaborates with the school Leadership Team, coordinates First Aid, and ensures equality in service provision. They handle financial tasks such as processing payments and purchase orders and maintain accurate data systems, including student medical records. Additionally, the Office Manager supports Trust policies, promotes confidentiality and data protection, and assists with school events, embodying the Trust’s values in interactions with external parties.

The Office Manager reports to Executive Principal
