We are seeking a Parent Relations Executive who will foster a strong connection between the school and families. In this vital role, you will facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and involvement between the school and the parent community by providing top-notch customer service, demonstrating problem-solving abilities, and delivering clear and efficient communication to both new and existing parents. Your duties will involve addressing parents' concerns, suggestions, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure their satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee school-parent communication across various platforms and serve as a liaison between parents and the school in coordinating community events, school activities, and conducting tours for prospective parents and visitors. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, outstanding communication with all parents, teachers, and administrators, and adherence to the school's rules, regulations, and conduct standards.
