Pastoral Lead (37 hours per week, term time only)

Connie Rothman Learning Trust are looking to appoint an outstanding Pastoral Lead who will promote an inclusive environment across the trust.

CRLT is a trust that specialises with students who predominantly have ASC, anxiety, depression and physical disabilities. Understanding the needs of this student population is highly desirable. We are a small, friendly team who work closely together to help our students achieve the best academic outcomes possible and support them as they grow and develop.

The successful candidate for this role will have experience in supporting students who are facing challenges due to social, emotional, personal, behavioural problems, and help them to overcome their barriers to learning to reach their full potential.
