37 hours per week over 39 weeks per year

8.15am – 4.15pm, Monday to Thursday, 8.15am – 3.45pm Friday

Grade 7 £28,770 - £32,076 (Pro Rata £24,823 - £28,302)

You will be based within the school’s new onsite Alternative Provision working collaboratively with teaching and support staff to plan, prepare and deliver re-tracking programmes and other initiatives to remove barriers to learning. The successful candidate will support individuals within an inclusive environment, by developing strategies to re-engage and enhance the development and education of our learners. 

The person we are looking for will have proven experience and expertise in the engagement of learners in the curriculum and in their reintegration into mainstream provision. You will be a positive role model and an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills and have the ability to motivate others. 

We genuinely believe this is an exciting opportunity for the right person to make a significant change to the lives of some of our learners.
