About us and the role
Are you a skilled, professional and enthusiastic Pastoral Support Officer? If the answer is yes, then we want to hear from you! The successful candidate will work closely with the Deputy Principal leading on pastoral and Heads of Year in providing administrative support as well as leading and taking interventions for pupils to support behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing.

What will you do?
- Support Heads of Year and the assistant principal with pupil behaviour, aiming to nurture each pupil on their own journey of self-discovery.
- Work with students who are finding it hard to integrate by providing support.
- Lead intervention strategies to support pupil behaviour, attendance and wellbeing.
- Liaise with parent/carers and external agencies.
- Provide Heads of Year and SET updates on pupils groups and the effectiveness of intervention strategies.

- High level of literacy and numeracy skills
