Pastoral Team Manager

Required Early 2025

36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, including INSET Days

Salary: £26,316 - £28,293 per annum

Grade 4 Spinal Point 10-15

FTE £30,630 - £32,931 per annum

(Inclusive of Outer London Weighting)

The successful candidate will provide a full range of pastoral care for Hall Mead School’s students and will be able to work in partnership with staff, parents and outside agencies. The successful candidate is a committed practitioner who is able to support and help students overcome social and emotional barriers to learning, ensuring they reach their full potential.
