Job overview
We are seeking an experienced facilities/premises management professional with planning and project management skills to play a key role leading the Brighton Girls estates team.
You will have a variety of responsibilities regarding the management of the school’s estate, buildings and operations. This will include upkeep, maintenance, security, health and safety and facilities management in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
You will also manage refurbishment, expansion and other building advancements and will be responsible for managing a team of Caretakers, Drivers, Cleaning Supervisor, Cleaners and Site Technicians.
This role is a central and vital part of the support team.
You will have demonstrable experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills.
A relevant facilities management/project management qualification or a willingness to undertake qualification is also required.
