Job overview
We are looking to appoint Class Teachers to start in August 2025. You should have a passion for the primary years and the ability to apply a range of teaching strategies that motivate and encourage children to want to learn. You will be able to deliver lessons that inspire children to succeed, and have a detailed knowledge of the English National Curriculum, as well as a commitment to the pursuit of excellence in education standards.
About you
As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering outstanding lessons, monitoring and evaluating student achievement and contributing to the accomplishment of Doha College’s vision and mission.
We are a British international school and all of our lessons are taught in English. A high standard of written and spoken English is therefore essential. You should be willing to contribute in a positive manner to all aspects of the school vision including co-curricular activities.

Selection Process will take place in January 2025.
As part of the selection process, candidates will be required to complete a Pre-recorded Micro-teach that you will then submit to us. The recorded microteach should be 10 minutes in length of your continuous teaching (live in class). Further details will be provided.
We will collect references for candidates invited to attend the final-round interviews. Reference from the current/most recent employer is mandatory prior to interview.
