What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience in teaching the British curriculum is desirable, but ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply.
- Passion: A genuine love for teaching and the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
- Adaptability: An ability to thrive in a multicultural, international environment.

The English Academy is an all-through school, catering for students from KG to pre-university level, whose motto is Sapientia, Scientia, Diligentia – Wisdom, Knowledge, Diligence. It is an accredited British Schools Overseas school & is a member of the Association of British Schools Overseas. The school’s vision is to be recognised as an outstanding school. The school is also a member of British Schools in the Middle East [BSME] & has competed in a number of events including Poetry Recital & Mathletics, which it won.
The school curriculum adheres to the English National Curriculum leading to certification in the International General Certificate of Secondary Education [IGCSE] and International Advanced Levels [IAL]. Upon completing such programmes of study students invariably enrol at universities in the UK, USA, Egypt and the Middle East.
TEA offers a range of extra-curricular activities including the Duke of Edinburgh Award [International Award] & Model United Nations conferences.
