- A BEd or Bachelor's degree along with a PGCE/PGDE or an equivalent teaching qualification.

- A demonstrated track record of successful primary level teaching.

- Proficiency in IT and exceptional interpersonal communication skills, essential for effective collaboration with students and parents.

- A proven history of delivering outstanding teaching and facilitating student learning.
