Willoughby Road Primary Academy are looking to appoint a Primary Teacher to join our academy in January 2025 on a full time, temporary basis to cover Maternity Leave.

Willoughby Road Primary Academy is located in Scunthorpe and we are a two form entry school with approximately 335 children. The academy strongly believes in giving individual attention to the needs of the children in our care. We support the development of lifelong learners through development of life skills that include responsibility, resilience, respect and readiness for learning. We have shown an improvement in outcomes at the end of KS2 throughout the last 3 years. Our latest Ofsted report (June 2019) shows we are good in all areas and commented positively on our strong leadership and good behaviour of our pupils.
