St Lawrence of Brindisi Catholic Primary School is one of Melbourne's newest Catholic primary schools, located in Australia’s fastest-growing and most dynamic urban growth corridor just 40 minutes from Melbourne CBD. We are seeking positions for enthusiastic, innovative teachers for a teaching position starting in 2025.

We are looking for teachers who can develop nurturing relationships with children and professional relationships with colleagues and parents. They must be open to professional growth and learning and have the capacity to provide targeted, engaging learning opportunities for children. This position will commence in February 2025 or once the relevant visa has been approved by the Australian Commonwealth Government.
Overseas-based applicants must have a minimum of two years of full-time teaching experience in primary schools to meet the visa requirements set by the Australian Commonwealth Government. They will also need to meet the requirements for teacher registration set by the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT), including a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
You will be working for Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS), which owns and operates 300 Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Melbourne. MACS is one of Victoria's largest employers and is registered with the Australian Commonwealth Government to support the visa applications of successful overseas applicants.
