Havant Academy, which is a member of the Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT), was judged 'Good' in all areas in December 2018.

Our school is looking for highly motivated and committed individuals with evidence of consistently ‘good’ or better teaching to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a well-qualified practitioner and have the tenacity and drive to improve outcomes for all our students and help everyone achieve their potential.

The successful candidate will have senior oversight of Teachers who are within the early stages of their career including those on Initial Teacher Training courses and placements, and those recently qualified who are enrolled in the statutory induction programme as defined in the Early Career Framework.
