At Gresham’s we offer a rare opportunity where children can join us at our Nursery and Pre-Prep School from the age of 2 and continue with their education at our Prep and Senior Schools to the age of 18. Our school is situated in the Georgian town of Holt and sits within 200 acres of glorious countryside. Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty with the Norfolk Broads and the North Norfolk Coast just a few miles away.
We are currently recruiting for a part-time Purchasing Finance Administrator to join the team of operational staff within the Finance function, who provide a support service to all three schools. The successful candidate with hold primary responsibility for maintaining and preparing Barclaycard reconciliation and ledger posting for up to 45 card holders.
The ideal candidate will be well organised, have excellent numerical skills, a strong attention to detail and solid MS Excel skills. The role is offered on a part-time basis.

About Gresham's School
Gresham’s is a co-educational boarding and day school for children aged 2-18. It is situated in the Georgian town of Holt in beautiful countryside, just three miles from the breathtaking North Norfolk coast.
The school was founded in 1555 by Sir John Gresham who forged close ties with The Worshipful Company of Fishmongers. On his death, he left the school in their care and strong links with them and the City of London remain to this day.
The school enjoys a generous campus with excellent facilities including a state-of-the-art music building (Britten) with its own recording studio, indoor and outdoor performance spaces including a theatre (Auden), multi-surface sports pitches, tennis courts, swimming pool, sports hall and shooting range. The Dyson Building opened at Gresham’s in September 2021.
