New Line Learning Academy are currently seeking a highly organised and personable individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Administration Assistant. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our school’s administrative functions and providing a welcoming atmosphere for students, parents, and staff.
This is a part-time position for 30 hours week, the position is term time only. Hours are 8.00am – 2.00pm Monday to Friday (start time could be 9.00am for the right candidate). This is a key role within the school, ensuring a professional, friendly and responsive reception service is always delivered. The ability to ‘think on your feet’ and confidently engage with various stakeholders is essential.

We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in computer systems and basic office equipment.
- Knowledge of school administrative processes is an advantage.
