Term Time Only (38 weeks per year)
The successful applicant will work as part of the upper school office team on a permanent basis. You will provide the main reception service handling calls to the switchboard, and enquiries from pupils, parents, and visitors, receive parents, visitors, and representatives at reception, arranging for them to be taken to the appropriate staff and locate pupils if required.
You will also provide support to the HR function of the school by supporting the recruitment process, upkeep of personnel files and general HR administration as needed. A high degree of confidentiality is required.
The successful applicant must be prepared to carry out first aid (for which you will be fully trained)
