Receptionist

Position: Receptionist (fixed term until July 2025)

Salary range: Scale 4 (Point 7 – 11) - Outer London Weighting. FTE £27,855 - £29,583 - Final salary dependent on hours and weeks worked.

Working Pattern: Term Time + 5 days / Monday to Friday.

· Option 1 - 7am - 11am

· Option 2 - 7:30am - 11:30am

We are seeking to appoint a highly efficient and courteous Receptionist who can deal appropriately with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have the ability to keep clam under pressure, prioritise and organise workload with strict deadlines. This requires excellent organisation skills, self motivation and having the ability to work on one’s own initiative and as part of a team. The successful candidate will ensure all aspects of visitors' sign in process is undertaken efficiently using the school procedures with a focus on safeguarding, using the school’s management information system (SIMs) and maintaining confidentiality.
