Welcome to Future Schools Trust. Our Trust consists of two secondary schools, one primary school and one nursery at the heart of our local community in the Maidstone and Malling area of Kent. FST was legally established as a Multi Academy Trust (MAT) in September 2007.

Job Description

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our central services team for the upcoming academic year.

This role is based at our New Line Learning/Cornwallis Academy offices, with an element of working from home. The role is full time, Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:00, Friday 08:00-15:30 for 52 weeks a year, but we are open to talking flexible working, 

 

The successful candidate will have:

 

• Experience in recruitment, ideally within the education sector,

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently organise and prioritise work while managing time effectively,

• The ability to use initiative, meet deadlines, and work under pressure,

• Quick learner with a talent for understanding complex details and turning them into actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
