We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Data Manager to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. This role can be based at our Regional Support Office in Warwick or from home / remote working.
The Regional Data Manager is a newly created position, leading Student Data services across our Charitable Trust of 23 all-through Campuses in the UK.
OneSchool Global UK has a well-established Student Information System and a high performing central team of two Regional Data Officers. We require a Regional Data Manager to further strengthen our management and analysis of student data, and to provide a high-quality service to our Campus and Regional Office teams.
About You
- Understanding of UK school data analysis and examination systems for Primary and Secondary students is essential, including post-16.
- Personally organised and an excellent communicator, the Regional Data Manager is a key role to ensure data is fully utilised to maximise student outcomes in all aspects of the school.
- Advanced skills within detailed analysis and reporting upon school data trends at Primary and Secondary education.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Tertiary qualifications and/or 5+ years’ experience in a Data officer role.
- Proven experience operating efficiently, proactively and relatively autonomously in a busy, hands-on role.
- Excellent database management knowledge and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience of advanced working with spreadsheet software
- Communicate and co-operate effectively and positively with specialists from outside agencies where applicable.
- Willing to uphold the OneSchool Global ethos and values within all areas of responsibility

Key responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Regional Director of Education[MP1] , Regional Principals and Directors of Teaching & Learning, as well as Campus Principals to ensure continuous delivery of trusted data systems and analyses. This includes working with our IT Team to ensure system continuity and leading the existing team of Regional Data Officers.
- Lead the Regional Data Systems Team to provide high quality data systems and data analysis to all 24 OSGUK campuses, Regional Senior Leaders, Regional Support Office and Global colleagues.
- Oversee the management, maintenance, and development the School Management Information Systems (MIS) and third-party data platforms.
- Provide high quality analysis of data and ad hoc information requests.
- Ensure current platforms are always fit for purpose and that users are appropriately trained.
- Maintain and apply a deep understanding of UK school performance measures and calculations for Key Stage 2, GCSE and Post-16 qualifications.
