Residential Operations Team Member

The Operations team provide a safe environment in which our pupils can enjoy their education, by undertaking security patrols, un-locking and lock-up of buildings across the Foundation, call- out and response duties and many other tasks that will contribute to the professional appearance and smooth running of the Foundation. The Operations team will also be responsible for porterage, assembly and installation & event set-up/ breakdown.

Mill Hill Schools has a successful boarding population and as such, the Operations Team’s responsibilities will cover Monday to Sunday (based on a rota system).
